I've been doing SEO since 2004, since before there was even a word for SEO. Over the last 20 years I've been fortunate to have worked for some of America's most successful companies, both as an in-house SEO and in an agency.
There isn't a lot I haven't seen—or solved—in SEO from a technical, product, or brand perspective.
Like many of you out there, I was laid off from my corporate job in 2023. I'm at a point in my career where I have the luxury of being a little selective about where to go next. While I'm looking for my next corporate gig, I figured I'd offer my help to anyone who needs it.
One of the pieces of advice I give to my companies and my clients all the time is to find a niche and build a brand. It's my turn to follow my own advice.
There are three very specific audiences that I have a particular passion to help.
- SEO professionals—or companies who don't have a dedicated SEO person—who need help with advanced SEO cases.
- Small businesses who feel that professional SEO help is out of their reach.
- Anyone looking to start a business—especially if you've been laid off.
If you fit into one of these categories, click on over to the Services page and I'll describe the kinds of things I'd love to help you with. Or, click here to learn why I'm just a little different than most SEOs out there.
